The system automatically creates future instances (shown with a lighter background). These auto-generated instances are read-only—to make changes, edit the original recurring expense and all future instances will update automatically.

Yes, you can toggle between detailed list view and calendar view using the switch next to the calendar icon. The calendar view is particularly useful for viewing future expenses, including recurring ones. The calendar displays daily expense totals with recurring expenses indicated by dots. Click any date to see expense details below the calendar, and navigate between months to view all projected recurring expenses.

When expenses are divided among multiple members, slight calculation inaccuracies, or rounding errors, can occur due to the limitations of decimal arithmetic. This often results in a tiny imbalance, typically a minor discrepancy of 0.01, between the total expense and the sum of individual shares.
